We wait to be able to analyse the details of the policy and comment on what this really means to householders and businesses, but they seem to be saying rear residential extensions could extend to as much as 6 or 8 metres and commercial premises could be extended by 100 to 200 sqm without permission. With all of this though.. ‘the devil is in the detail .‘

dblo are currently negotiating a Section 106 Agreement with Ealing council’s Legal team  on a new build housing development in Greenford. The proposal for 2 new houses was recommended for approval by Ealing’s Planning Department. The 106 concession is for tree planting and boundary improvements.
