nflow releases new version of its advanced digital dictation software for law firms

nflow announces the recent release of Version 4 of Dictaflow, its highly successful digital dictation system for law firms. Eighteen months of development and thorough testing, both in-house and on major beta sites, has resulted in Dictaflow V4 already being established in the market with nearly 1000 users. As well as even better stability and resilience, user testing gave the product a 'resounding thumbs up' for speed and ease of use.

Version 4 emerged from feedback from nflow’s large and growing user community in the UK legal market, building on the well featured interface of the previous version. As well as simplicity, the user interface includes all the functionality that a fee-earner, secretary or law firm manager needs from a digital dictation system. This includes a familiar Outlook style that reduces user-training times, as well as exciting new workflow features such as ‘client-centric prioritisation’ and 'presence awareness'.

“Due to our experience and expertise in the legal market the new version of Dictaflow has been enhanced with excellent features directly requested from our legal user base, through such forums as user group meetings, systems implementations and user training sessions. We made every effort to ensure that these ideas were fed directly back in to our development pipeline’, says Rob Lancashire of nflow, ‘The end result is a product that matches the requirements of law firms more specifically than any other product on the market.’

As one of the best value for money systems on the market, nflow is now firmly established as the alternative market leader with a proven commitment to delivering a advanced digital dictation solution at the best market price.
