Evidence from nflow supports substantial interest in digital dictation outside of the legal 500

nflow said today that it wholeheartedly supported a recent statement by one of its competitors that the interest in digital dictation by firms outside of the Legal 500 was strong and growing. Having introduced its own small/medium sized practice solution nearly a year ago nflow has found that this has proven to be very popular with firms as small as 5 users investing in nflow’s digital dictation technology Dictaflow. This underlines a very positive undercurrent by the legal market in embracing the productivity benefits of digital dictation.

‘Unlike other vendors who service medical, property and insurance markets it has always been nflow’s strategy to stay entirely dedicated to the legal market in our aim of delivering a best of breed digital dictation solution at best prices’ says nflow’s Chairman, Jim Park, ‘We created what we call our Small Medium Practice (SMP) solution early last year when we realised our offering at the time did not accurately reflect the requirements of firms outside of the legal 250’.

As one of the market leading solutions in the legal digital dictation arena nflow’s SMP solution delivers a very cost effective solution without limiting functionality, something typically seen with other solutions aimed at the small to mid market. With no restrictions on expansion or implementation of the system a firm can buy nflow’s solution safe in the knowledge that their investment will be future proofed against expansion or even merger. In addition to this the system is delivered direct by nflow with an optional full support service of project management, installation and training by nflow’s experienced and proven team of digital dictation specialists.

‘We believe that our SMP solution perfectly compliments our large firm offering in addressing the requirements of different size law firms.’ continued Jim Park, ‘In addition our unique dedication to developing our solution only for the legal market means that the user input we receive from both our large and small firm customers creates a cross-over benefit in terms of good ideas.’

nflow’s solution continues to grow in popularity with the firm reporting almost exponential year on year growth in number of users of its software. Whilst there are always vendors staking a claim to market leadership nflow confidently believe they represent the alternative market leader.
