Birkett Long to implement Nflow digital dictation software across 3 offices

Nflow digital dictation software is fast becoming the alternative market leader for digital dictation workflow systems with progressive Essex based law firm Birkett Long Solicitors choosing to implement the digital dictation solution. The implementation will see over 80 of the firm’s 140 staff using Nflow across Birkett Long's Colchester, Halstead and Chelmsford offices. With other vendors making claims to market dominance Nflow say they are still consistently winning new sites across the UK based on their reputation for delivering an excellent product and service in a cost effective and uncomplicated way.

This implementation follows an extensive pilot in two of Birkett Long’s offices of the previous version of Nflow digital dictation software and the new highly acclaimed version 4.. In both cases the product performed outstandingly with users commenting very positively on the new features in the new version.

Birkett Long’s IT Manager, Craig Bloomfield, commented,

'As every practice should, we looked at the main established digital dictation suppliers and to be honest found that there was not much in it. They could all demonstrate good productivity results for existing customers.
